Fees

Our fee is derived by purchasing a part of your settlement at a discount.

Each case is unique. Our fees are based on our own independent analysis of the value and risk of your case.

Generally, we charge either a flat fee or a monthly fee. In either case, the total fees are paid at the time of settlement. In certain cases we use a combination of both.
